i just went to pick this air purifier from best buy and its never left 100%. No mater what room i put it it says 100 all the time. Which is weird , as all videos I see online, their air quality hardly ever starts and stays at 100% clean air al the time. yes I removed the filter from the plastic bags well i bought this purifier from Bestbuy today should i return it? Is their a way to reset the machine or the sensor??

Mine literally doesn’t smell at all
How do I know if it works? I don't smell the fresh scent and I still smell the odor (mainly old meal smell) that the technology should eliminate.

How do I know when I need to change the cartridge?
We recommend changing the filter every 5-years.
