This video is compilation of the 2018 TBSS nationals in Bowling Green KY.

I fell in love with my trailblazer EXT to the level of feeling like it's one of my favorite vehicles... I didn't know that there's a cult following of trailblazers.. This is awesome, even if mines not an SS I'd love to go and it's actually been a handling beast offering surprising driveability and I did have some build plans

haha my mom is going to be 84 in may of 2024 and she drives a stock black 2006 rwd the only thing thats been done is someone put a magnaflow exhaust on it haha and it has drone at like 55 mph and she says it doesnt bother her.she goes to this little church where its mainly older folks and she said she likes to get on it when she pulls out of the parking lot so everyone can hear it haha.i often wonder how many there are left on the road these days,i never see any.but she gets compliments all the time,oh and people asking if she wants to sell it.later

A min 3:33 in there is a black one with a full black grill and the lights still have the pieces in them, WHERE DO YOU FIND those pieces, please don't say cut out of another grille.
If I recall correctly those headlight pieces are from a factory SS grill and then the center is one of the ones from eBay.

Hey I'm new to this TBSS world and I enjoyed your video. I say at the end of the video that the 2 that raced each other ran 11's can you or anyone else tell me what mods were on there suv's?
If it’s the two I’m thinking of, they are both boosted. But can’t say for sure on the exact mods.
Is this a typical turn out for the meet? I would be a little angry to drive 7 hours up for this. Hopefully the bad weather discouraged people.
We usually have about 30 trucks. There is also a big meet in Detroit during the Woodward dream cruise, which is next month.
Did you guys do a 2019 National meet up? And Wher is the 2020 going to be...? Or are these private events?
We did, but I didn’t really get enough footage, we had weather issues.
The event is always in Bowling Green KY, and it is open to pretty much anyone, mostly TBSSs, but we have former owners in other vehicles as well.
What car do you have if you don't mind me asking?

Geeds' Garage I'm surprised how many front lips there are out there I thought there was just the carbon one$$$. There's even a cheap $20 one, perfect for one time use lol.

Google maverick man, and center cross customs if you want a CF one, but I think they are 3-400, one guy on Instagram sells a knockoff fiberglass for cheap, and some guys use 04-12 Colorado chin spoilers.
Do you know where we could purchase the front chin spoiler?

They are GMC snowflake replicas. Tony “norcalss” sells them through the TBSSowners site.

That belongs to Matt Cole, he has carbon fiber rear doors and hatch, he is working on a set of front doors as well. He is RWD.
At 1:30 seconds the guy has an all black lowered with a small punisher skull on the back window. I heard a blow off valve so I'm guessing its turbo. Also seemed to be AWD the way it launched in the wet parking lot. Anyone know who has that TB? I like the one with carbon fiber doors and hatch too but I'm trying to find the black ones owner or build thread. Thanks again

It’s not, it’s actually viper red, for that one. Trailblazers did have a victory red option, but that was on the early models and never an SS. Only production red for the SS, was Red Jewel Coat.

You can check the forum, auto trader, and some of the Facebook groups. Prices will vary, depending on if bonestock or modded, and condition obviously. Just need to do your research.

I think so, I paid 20K for my 08 with 56k miles 5 years ago.
I'm gonna have to see if I can make it down this year with my 9-7x Aero. It's no beauty queen though, lol.

i wanna see these trailblazers go up against the new traverse the new equinox the new trailblazers which is a joke just so i can send the video to gm and show them how they lack common sense.
Ask yourself why many loyal Chevrolet Trailblazer owners keep the old ones. Simple they last when they are well cared for. And depending how deep your pockets are your can reverse engineer and make it better.
All of those trucks must've been 4L80 swapped....because not one truck lost a trans. 😜😜

Honestly, you’d be better off buying a SS version, as the prices for the front and rear bumpers, and the grill can be pricey. If you just want it to have a V8 you can LS swap it for a reasonable price, or pickup a 5.3 equipped Trailblazer, for less than the 6.0 SS model.
