Sowing Mustard Seeds - Cover Crop

Hello guys,
I'm at the allotment sowing mustard seeds during the autumn period in London. Brown mustard seeds are my preferred cover crop. It grows quick, it's cheap, tolerant to cold conditions and you can also eat the leafy greens in salads.
In a couple of months the mustard will grow rapidly. As it starts flowering, i'll cut it from the ground and mix it into the soil, this will add key nutrients and energise it ready for spring sowing!
When making the video a fox came out and surprised me, I made a quick getaway towards the shed :-) Foxes are harmless, right?
