great thing is, it's possible to use Windows desktop or any other application that way too, latency is minimal and end device (phone, MacBook etc..) only handles hardware-accelerated decoding, so doesn't even really heat up :)

The moonlight app is also on iPhone! If I’m being honest, it looks way much simpler and straightforward than the android version. Still, both do the job just fine!

@@thefigure4694 yes but you'll have to pay monthly to have access to it so by that point just build yourself a cheap pc bc a $500 nowadays should be able to keep up if not surpass all modern day consoles id you do it right and a $300 pc can definitely keep up with all AAA titles at a stable fps with decent graphics. So it's better to save then get yourself trapped in a subscription

pfft the steam remote play works across any network... and does a really great job. granted it takes a little finagling to get games outside of steam to play but hey it does...

Technically is possible, but the latency would make it unplayable
