Hey, thanks for the feedback. Struggling to get this sorted correctly at the moment. Using iPhone XS so any suggestions welcome as not sure if it’s in the shooting or editing just yet. Happy for any feedback 👍👏👏
I live on Anglesey. I also own a campervan, like to travel widely throughout the UK and Europe and enjoy wild camping, where it's allowed. We used to come to the island most weekends before we moved here and, at that time, there were far more options for overnight stops. Sadly, like the rest of the UK, many of the overnight parking stops have been closed down - I don't think Anglesey's unique. I think a combination of lockdown, an explosion of motorhome and tent ownership and irresponsible behaviour by a very small minority has ruined it for all. As an example, there was a lovely park up by Cywmryn Beach, next to RAF Valley. But a small minority started to stay for days, putting out awnings, burning their rubbish on large fires and leaving litter. So that park up is now closed. So I agree that motorhome parking is an issue on the island, but believe it still has some lovely places to visit. Perhaps try again and visit Beaumaris, Rhosneigr, Aberffraw and Newborough Forest, Nature Reserve and it's stunning beach overlooking Snowdonia and the Llŷn peninsula (my favourite beach in Wales and also my closest to home). Best of luck with your future travels. Paul
Hi Paul. Thanks for sharing a great response to my thoughts. Its clear you have a passion for the island and we will try again with some of the suggestions you have given us. All the best from Mal, Dave and Sally the lab.
Hello my new friend, how wonderful to be taken on this tour with you. The soft pictures and colours as we go along gives us a vision for the day. Loving the naughty monkey too.. Wishing you a happy one, filled with relaxed creative thoughts. 💖🌺
They were. And do you know they were only £2:50 each and the dog one £2:00. Fab value. The guy with the milk wagon has loads of these old vehicles apparently and he was displaying them at a rally on the island that day. We couldn’t find where it was though and even he was unsure 😂
When Stephen of Country Vanlife TV visited Anglesey, he managed to find quite a lot of really nice places to stop for free and he showed them to us all in his vlogs.
Yes. I saw all that series. In fairness we have a bigger rig than Stephen and when we couldn’t get in Cemaes we were on the back foot. Llanbedrig was £10 flat all day.
Hi everyone. We have needed to upload a revised version of this video here due to some issues with the last one. Thanks for your understanding. Mal, Dave and Sally the Lab xx
So, you drive around in a £60000 motor home and complain that you can't camp for free overnight... sorry bur there are many great campsites in anglesey, across Wales Scotland and England but you want everything for free. As for parking fees, again nothing is for free, and I'm sure you know as I do that parking fees and road access in the beautiful southwest of england can be problematic, but I don't here anyone recommending not to visit there.....You need to see the positives in life and enjoy your motor homing. Smile, you might enjoy life more.
Makings of a good channel there mate, but what's with the square video, you need to be 16:9!

Thank you very much for your kind words of support and encouragement. Thank you
Site looks good 👍 nice harbour also. Those ice cream tubs were huge! Lots to explore on the area for sure. That milk wagon was cool.
