First off, I'm in the U.S., and I was annoyed they didn't show Peter at all especially considering he was consistently top 5 on the leader board! Also, it's a celebrity golf tournament, people are trying to watch ALL the celebrities, why focus on 6?

  • @gregwhitaker5260

The reason I watch YT golf besides the golf itself is the personalities! I get to know the golfer. If the live event can’t capture that aspect I don’t think it is interesting.

Bottom line…you are on the cutting edge of UA-cam golf. You are a leader. A trailblazer. You are growing the game. You are the 2nd Godfather of UA-cam golf! Be proud of your participation in this! I’m proud of you! Keep it up! Chris.

I think seeing more of every player would have been good as well as having a couple more “on the ground” commentators talking to each group. I am enjoying each creator’s video of the event which we never get to see from a pro event.

Welcome to an NBC broadcast. Its always been this way

I understand we all would like to see more of the different teams, but you have to start somewhere. This is the first one and I think it’s great you came and I feel the coverage will get better. Thanks for being active and supportive in the UA-cam space. I am 51 and play multi-able times a week, and I like UA-cam golf better then professional

Best way to have a UA-cam masters is for example after British open hire course week hire the tv cameras staff and the infrastructure for a week keep it all in place and use the same template as would for a major

I'm an American with no particular affinity towards any youtube golfer. That being said, I found it annoying that the lion share of screen time was on the good good golfers. Yes, they hosted but I would have liked to have seen more from other golfers as well. I think the only real good way you could really do that though is to have a considerable delay with a good producer /director making sure that happened. Just my 2 cents. Gratz on the finish Pete.

very interesting how "messy" it could become versus just going out and having all you guys playing for fun... would love to watch all of y'all play the French Lick course, its a great course. hoping something comes to pass to get all you guys to come over from UK.

  • @xerodeus2337

yeah it struck me as super odd that so few of the creators were shown for this... I hope maybe they'll release a full video showing more of everyone else playing

  • @grahammerritt1329

I found the creators' coverage much more enjoyable to watch than the live stream. The live stream commentary was banal. UA-cam golf is entertaining to me not just because of the sport but because of the level of interaction the creators have with the camera.

I think good good will be using this as a learning experience, I seemed to focus on their own players and showing a couple of shots from other players.

Surely one of the necessities of You Tube golf is Exposure therefore no point taking part if your not featured?

  • @golferintherough4740

I think goodgood have already said they wish certain groups got more camera time then they did. I’m 99% sure it will be better next time. Hope Peter goes one of my favorites on youtube

What about live streaming each golfers round on their YT channel? Cause live streams for single golfers, those live streams stay up once they’re done. So the round is always there. And then NBC/GG can have a main stream. Kinda like the way the masters does it with specific groups vs the television stream

  • @Chris54321

I am waiting to hear about Myrtle Beach.

  • @NjDevil3419

I agree I was hoping to see more of.finch and trottie

  • @solson223

Nate Edwardson brought up a good idea in one of his videos the other day. You could have a main live feed, where you hope to get everyone on TV at some point, and from that you could click on separate links for the group you'd like to follow independently. Each group would have a live feed that's exclusively for them. They do this with the Masters tournament every year where you can click on certain groups (marquee players of course) to follow outside of the main coverage.

  • @BidenIsKing

Very strange they did not show you guys. Maybe they didn’t know you have a huge following in the US.

  • @markyjl

The good points made in this video for me are a) You have to think about your audience and therefore any event needs to be free to air on UA-cam and b) It has to worth the YT creators while to do the event.
