I don't think Mark Hunt's the best at interpreting financial documents. Those documents basically say that Dana White leaving is a risk to the business -- which is why they need to retain him, ie keep him.

The problem with Mark hunt's case is surely he signed the contract to fight Brock Lesnar. If it explicitly stated Brock would be tested for steroids then yes he has a case but if it doesn't then what case does he have?

Mark Hunt should cut his losses. He is literally going to go broke trying to sue the UFC. I understand his frustrations but if he knew Brock was going to be juiced, he should have just backed out of the fight but he thought he was going to win anyways. Taking on a billion dollar company as an avg fighter in court, he's not going to win. At this point even if he wins, he probably will make less than what he owes in legal fees.

With all due respect, you do not have a clue what's in DANA WHITE'S employment contract or the monumental severance pay they would have to pay Dana for firing him before a prior-agreed upon date (Prior agreed to BY DANA specifically...). Mark Hunt's "loss of income or opportunities due to injury" are actually minimal because he fought after Brock VOLUNTARILY (thereby removing his right to claim a DISTINGUISHABLE head trauma from later trauma than the Brock fight). Dana's severance is doubtless $50 million to $100 million PLUS STOCK in the company. Until and unless Dana is convicted of criminal fraud or the equivalent, Dana ain't going anywhere - and Dana's agreement also guarantees Dana takes Power Slap with him if he's constructively or actually dismissed - removing a major growing revenue stream for Endeavor. If Dana was here, he'd say "Elephants don't flinch at barking dogs". We'll see if Hunt's bark has any bite. You underestimate the power Dana still wields.

You are reading too much into the documents. Connecting dots incorrectly. Risk mitigation in big corporations always include key personnel. Nowhere was it implied that the new lawsuit was going to be the demise of Dana. Dana will leave on his own terms when he is ready.
