Powerful words. ❤ Being of love and light doesn't mean you 'shouldn't' feel a particular emotion. We are human after all. We are OF love and light but we are living in a world of darkness. We are anchors. We keep this world from descending further into a pit of darkness. That means we must be able to face the darkness and those who seek to oppress and harm others. If we refuse to feel the full range of emotions we lose some of our power, our nature and it can affect or block our gut feeling or intuition. So when you feel those emotions, whatever they are, know that YOU, your higher self, is trying to communicate something important to you. If we are to oppose the oppressors who are literally seeking to make laws to control our bodies, health, minds and lives, then we must have full awareness of our own emotions and the world around us. We cocreate the world around us, unfortunately so do those who want to create a different place, a place where women, children and others are not safe. We cannot help change this world for the better if we are not willing to face, and feel the emotions that go with that, to see what is wrong with the world; our world!
