I played the demo solo a while back. Got to a floor and was met by a giant worm right out the gate. Turned around and pulled the lever in the elevator cause NOPE! Wishlisted it immediately cause it was a lot of fun.
I do hope we get more jrpgs and rpg horror games from manly like early shadow hearts or kudelka cause that also fits the channel, he used to play alot of rpgs as well. And also it's a shame that he won't continue Zoochosis, cause I really enjoyed it while it was around and wanted to see it finished- maybe one day/

Oh, it's another game in the new SAMOSBOR universe. It's a relatively new and already very popular universe created on Russian 4chan. Basically the whole world has been consumed by an infinite soviet apartment building, and people has been surviving in it for generations already, so everything is "normal" to them, "it is just how the things has been since I have been born" kind of feel. There are weird monsters, "living concrete", and, of course, SAMOSBOR - an event that triggers randomly on some floors of the building, that kills and changes people. The whole universe has been created out of a couple of green-text shitposts, and now has several books and a number of small indie videogames dedicated to it. Living Cell is another great small game in this universe.

The building is not considered an anomaly, it's normal for people there, "just another day in their lives, oh, Mikhail got taken by the concrete monster, nice, I never liked that guy, and his food rations will come to my family now!". This building is conctrete commie block - Gigachrushch infinite in all directions, people who live there don't even know how long it was, no one believes that beyond that building something exists. People eating food bricks, if lucky food brick without clothes pieces. Samosbor unidentified deadly phenomenon affecting sections of building. People managed to predict it appearance only for several minutes beforehand. Sensor will predict samosbor(if it works), siren will warn people (if it works), people hide beyond sealed blast doors (if they works), people wait inside until samosbor ends (if they have enough food). Samosbor can last from couple of minutes to infinity. No one survived samosbor, scientists attempts to study it is futile, entire section of building can go missing or appear with new people in it, misteriously engineering communications and water pipes remain unharmed and working. Beyond sealed door during samosbor people can hear their dead relatives or loves ones. After samosbor corridors filled with Consequences - different slimes, monsters, mutated humans, anomalies. Liquidators clean up consequences or seal them with concreete. There is much more into it 😂
Arifureta actually got a lot better in Season 2. The first Season had MAJOR production problems going on. Third season is running right now and it's fun so far.
