The amount of BRAVERY to just do a leap and hope that your partner catches you, and obviously have your timing on point too. Respect to everyone that does this as a hobby and/or for a living. You’re DOPE!! 🔥

My sister's brother in law went past the catcher and slid down the apron on his back. He couldn't wear a shirt for several weeks. My sister was only a couple of years from being one of the great slack wire walkers of all time. She ran on a wire with visible slack for several hours every day. And worked three acts every show. Her husband's family wanted her to fly. She put her foot through the squares of the net and twisted her knee. She switched to standing balance trapeze. She was good but not like she would have been.
im only 14 and i know that for a fact arial arts is the most beautiful thing in the world. after covid im gonna start arial. this is so inspiring

Start now!! There are probably classes in your area. Trapeze artists and circus people in general are so sweet and encouraging.
You can do lyra, flying trapeze, static trapeze, contortion, juggling....everything is learnable!!! Literally just play with friends. I'm at a park right now with circus friends learning to juggle and stilt walk for fun. Never stop!!
It is beautiful but have u ever try calisthenics?
It is really fantastic. It is the most enjoyable moment when someone swings on air without any support. Practice from childhood makes a man ellegible for this fearful act.

i love trapeze! i’d never do it myself since i’m clumsy and scared of heights, but i’m writing a story where the main character teaches the other to trapeze and they fall in love. so now i’m binge watching trapeze 💖

l love that idea! it kinda reminds me of nightwing and batgirl! i also love trapeze, and i would love to learn it, but i wouldn't know where. the nearest school for this is soooo far away from where i live, i wish i could do a workshop or something haha but im probably way too weak anyways you need so much muscles to do this i can only imagine

Doing trapeze in club med was so cool! When you do it for the first time if they think you are good they offer for you to do a more experienced trick and I’ve always said no and I wish I didn’t cause looking back on it, it would have been fun.
I went to the cirque du soleil with my class once and when i was on the trapeze le mister told me, only me, to put my legs on the bar, take off my arms from the bars. Then he told me to release my legs and i made a backflip because the mister was controlling the safety ropes....

Im 10, and I have been in arial arts and circus for 8 1/2 years! This is my favorite thing and it's so fun to watch!
I really want to do trapeze but I feel like it would be too expensive. I’m an outgoing person and I will do whatever it takes to get over my fears. Trapeze would help with heights and falling.
Perhaps better not to try, one tiny mistake would cost tens of broken bones.
Maybe you should some kind of full-contact martial art instead?
Bruises and some times a broken bone. And adrenaline rush from a fight.
But not a crushed body from tens of meters.
Some equipment like gloves etc won't cost too much.

You should do it is is safe because you have a harness and there is a net under you I just did it today it is a bit scary but it is very fun
