???? Don’t you only discard RED threes? Doesn’t a black 3 just freeze the discard pile for one pick? The initial meld points can be split among multiple melds not just one? So instead of Three Aces for 60 points you can do four 4’s, and four 5’s, and three 10’s? There is not even close to enough info here to start playing.
