Not your choices and stuff but how people feel about you, or what they are to you.
For example, your sister is dead to you but in your dream, she's not.
More examples, your mom/aunt/caretaker saying that they'll support you no matter your grades, your crush asking you out, yet in reality your mom/aunt/caretaker HATES you and will NEVER support you, and your crush will NEVER like you, nor ask you out.
Later (an hour later in real life and it feels like a month or two in your dream) you're getting ready to propose to your crush, but then you're struck with the choice 'Wake up?' and two choices, 'Yes' or 'No'
