Vintage Truck FACE-OFF: FORD vs. MERCURY! ….. GOLDBERG’S GARAGE Episode 4
Вставка
- Опубліковано 7 вер 2024
- Take a look at the 1967 Mercury M100 and the nearly identical 1968 Ford F-250, head to head! And for reference, the cowboy hat is from Goldberg’s best friend, Larry Brown, who, unfortunately passed away last year. It’s obviously a tribute to him. Special thx to @TexasAutoCurators GARRETT for the detail!! He’ll be detailing all the vehicles for Goldberg’s garage. 🙏 #ford #truck #wrestling
Thanks for having me out Bill, had a great time 🤘
Huge thx brother ✌️
@@GoldbergsGarage Autistic suicidal fan plz hmu asap.
You seem like a nice kid. Don’t change.
@GoldbergsGarage BILL I AM THE SAME WAY LOL I HAVE A PRETTY BADASS CAR COLLECTION LOL NOTHING LIKE YOUR COLLECTION BUT MY FIRST EVER NEW CAR THAT I ORDERED NEW BACK IN 92 WAS MY 25 ANIVERSREY CAMERO Z28 AND IT HAS A WHOPPING 235HP AND IT'S THE LAST CAR IN MY COLLECTION THAT I WOULD EVER CONSIDERING SELLING AND THAT MEANS MY COBRAS AND SHELBYS WOULD BE SOLD FIRST LOL CALL ME CRAZY BUT THE Z28 IS THE ONE THAT WILL ALWAYS STAY IN MY COLLECTION.
That truck is perfect. Thank you for keeping her running.
That mercury pick up is so cool I’m so glad you brought it back to his original state without doing any upgrades… Didn’t even know that they made one of those pick ups
The Ford I6 is a bulletproof work of art.... THANK YOU for keeping that powerplant.
Awesome. You and your family have a beautiful and blessed week.
That racetrack around the garage. 🔥
Can't remember when last I had so much fun watching a motoring programme ❤
Justin is a great person and a even better boss
That truck is immaculate. So glad you kept it all original. I bet it is cleaner than when it rolled off the line.
Remember both trucks.Obviously not found on road dead.Beautiful
Definitely easy to appreciate a properly restored vehicle. Just oozes character. Doesn't have to be boastful or loud or even quick. Having the sentimental back story brings it to another level. Looking forward to more of you and your garage Bill.
Seen his truck Monday this video does no justice its so beautiful and eye catching in person
I absolutely love, that you kept it original for the memories. It looks like a fine example of what you can do, if you set your mind to it. Thanks for sharing your passion with us dreamers ❤
Bill, I sure Love your car collection. And the video content. And especially your Garage for all your cars 😊
My Dad had a 78 with the 300 six AWESOME motor
That Merc' is absolutely beautiful. SO glad you are keeping it solid!

Both badass trucks. Theyll be here long after others are gone. Like tractors.
That's one hell of a garage Bill!
Glad you did the work to restore it. I dream of having an old truck like that! Maybe one day. But for now I have UA-cam and video games.

i love modern trucks but man theres something about classic car/truck styles thats unique and ageless ,
i can't tell apart all of them modern dodge rams except there's a bigger model and even those have variants .
Awesome trucks
loved watching this vid goldberg your amazing and your truck is beutiful
That was cool I've never even heard of a merc 🙂
Need him on Rogan podcast!!!
Awesome to see!
Thanks for good the video
Another little tidbit you may not have known on the differences between the American ford and the Canadian Mercury,.... the V8 versions had a little difference when you got the FE big block.
The Ford got a 390, one of the arguably best truck V8's of it's day, but them there Canucks, they had a trick, their FE big block was actually a 410. Not the same one as in the older cars, ford basically took a 390, stuffed a 428 crank in it and boom, now we have 2 410's manufactured by ford?!? Cars got the MEL (Marauder) 410, and trucks got the FE 410 but only in the Mercury's so only in Canada as far as I know.
That was awesome 😎
A straight 6 is basically a tractor motor. Well, tractors have straight/inline motors.
Really great restoration. I really like it (be better with a big block, but the inline 6 is more practical).
So damn cool both pIck -ups
Loving these videos!
I personally like the Ford one better because of that patina. Also, if I drove the Mercury, I would be to afraid of getting a scratch on it.
Bill cool as hell still
Awesome G! Love you bubba.
awesome!!!
another great video
guess what , that truck has sentimental value
Beautiful restoration Goldberg, I salute your efforts in making it happen!
Well I still love mercury
Goldberg, I think this is the coolest vehicle you have in your stable.
That's fun
I learned how to drive 3 on the tree with the Ford that looked just like it. I remember how light in the rear it was.
Goldberg needs to get on Rogan
Absolutely awesome old ute definitely think mercury branding looks nicer 👍
