For me, the greatest magic is not merely in being fooled but in being blown away even when I know how it was done. This was a great routine, and I predict a bright future for this young man.
When you turn a magic "trick" into an art, you know you've done it right! Beautiful performance! A joy to watch! I look forward to seeing more of your work, Sion!
Fooling Penn and Teller is certainly an achievement. However, creating such an energetic and entertaining performance, is nothing to be looked down on.
I don’t think they saw many of the things he did. I think they had to reconstruct the trick to figure out what he must have done. Which is a testament to his skill, everything looked so natural.
i know the tricks aswell and you didn't fool me either, but sleight of hand was definetely one of the best i've seen. even tho i know what you doing, you was hiding it so well. it literally looks like things appear and disappear before your eyes.
A bunch of years ago I had a Korean ESL student living in our guest room for a few months. At some point, we co-discovered that Korean paper money is exactly the same size as Canadian Tire money (money that is well known In Canada, that can only be used at the Canadian Tire store). We got out some rubber cement, and made Slow Burn gimmicks with a bunch of them. How cool is that? Korean money that instantly turns into Canadian Tire cash!
You’re great! That’s a fun and cute routine, ignore anyone with an issue with your music, it only added to the fun. Why do they insist on the hosts constantly wearing the same outfits like a uniform? First the annoying Allison with that hideous blue thing, now this lovely lady in her gorgeous sparkles but it’s enough already! It’s not like the show can’t afford a proper wardrobe.
A beautiful concept - well done! I have performed on stage for over 40 years, so here's a little helpful feedback for you: I know you're not in charge of the music on this show, but this particular music is too complicated and dominating. The music distracts from the subtleties of your performance. I recommend music that is simpler, less dominating, and certainly much, much quieter, so that your performance is the Number 1 priority for attention. Good luck my friend!
You do know he knows that and he already did lots of practice and underwent those challenges you've mentioned so this is more of challenging himself in front of a big audience and he pulled it off perfectly. Maybe you and your 40yrs on stage can't comprehend such music. Just say you can't manage 🤣🤣😂
Siooon go back for another season, it was very very fun to watch. Also prepare something more tricky for them, you surely have much more up your sleeve, I can see you fooling them with you absurd creativity any day.
You do have to have a certain amount of bravery to come to this show with these tricks. The presentations was mostly great. Unfortunately a few of the moves were too revealing (I guess that's the best way to put it).
Cmon Brooke, I really love you, but you are wearing the same clothes all the time. This video is from December 2023 and I am watching a show right now, 2/19/24 and you are wearing the same clothes. I really like your outfit but have you thought about changing it?? Does the production have a tight budget for your clothes?
Routine was 100% great. If I paid to see it I'd get my money's worth. That is great overall. But as others stated, fooling, nah. But that is because we watch closer.
Your not going to fool Penn and Teller with a sponge ball act nor all the other common magic techniques. It’s crazy how people still try though. You have to come up with something 100% original to fool them. I thought that was just common sense.

This is an example of an act never designed to fool, but to gain exposure based on presentation. Which is fine 😂
Indeed, nobody really thought it would fool P&T.
I'd be surprised if the routine did fool them coz I did see some moves and am not a magician
Classic magic done in a modern context. There were SO MANY moves. Incredible to watch. So smooth.

He's adorable and this act is great.
Beautiful is the one word I have for this performance. Amazingly beautiful and I would watch it over and over again.
I'd rather not comment - i like to post positive comments....so he was bright & enthusiastic
I’ve watch a lot of acts in this show. One of my favorites of all the seasons!
Many people appear on the show for exposure not to try and fool. Appearing on the show gives a huge boost to their career.
Very creative routine ! A combination of several concepts and excellent sleight moves. Really nice !
I don’t think they saw many of the things he did. I think they had to reconstruct the trick to figure out what he must have done. Which is a testament to his skill, everything looked so natural.
Such a joyous act. I could see elements of Eric Chien's routine and Shin Lim's (mostly the ball in the mouth). The music was also just delightful.
Although I was not fooled I enjoyed this inventive and entertaining routine.
Beautiful and very fun! Great magic!

That was a beautiful act. Keep working, you can have a great future.
Don't know why, but from the thumbnail, I thought you were Heung Min Son. Definitely not disappointed though :)
Great routine. Very fun to watch!
You've made sponge balls cool!
Great performance and so entertaining.
Awesome 👌 amazing great Routine!!!!!!

@@pishypyoure one of those clowns who like their own comments 😂😂😂
This is one of the worst comments ever
I going to try that's tonight. Where's you buy the sponge ball. I know I know can't do it 😎

He was speaking English just fine in the beginning of this video. So why does he need a translator at the end of the video?.
It was probably rehearsed. He may not be that fluent when engaged in a conversation.
멋지다 최시언~!~~~~~
멋있습니다😊

Table had so many balls😂

Weird loud music takes a crap on your entire act makes it unwatchable and skippable.

The audience on this show almost makes it unwatchable.
This was a great performance ruined by idiotic oooohs and ahhhhs.
Can we please start a gofundme for that poor biker girl on the stage that only has one outfit?
even with all the editing they can improve this pretty poor performance!
what is in your weirdly positioned clenched hands? I have no idea!
