Considering her clear mathematical talent, theorums and papers, there is no way in hell this mathematician should have been denied income, teaching posts and admittance to professional societies . Still she was able to get her PhD , teach to an extent and do research and work. Odd as this sounds , she was in a sense fortunate .
That’s often the problem, doing all these often make you loose interest connecting with your true self as human and most likely to be financially handicap. It’s a great sacrifice and commitment. Imagine no children and poor!

It's always a work in progress. 😉 In regard to slow speech, I try to account for peoples variation in play speeds. I myself have a tendency to watch some videos on YT at 2x, and want it to be clear at the speed. While you prefer faster, others may prefer the slower speech. 😄
