I currently live at my grans because of family reasons, this really helps because they always get up in the morning though im a very light sleeper, they always seem to wake me up, this kinda prevents that, apart from that it reminds me of a train or a car, even a bus, very soothing, I may revisit this video again sometime soon.

Прогрев наушников - это процесс их "обкатки" звуком (обычно, каким-либо видом статического шума - белым шумом, розовым шумом, более мягким, приятным коричневым, или как здесь - темным, черным шумом), целью которого является вывод наушников на их стандартное звучание - для конкретной модели наушников свое. Я полагаю, это обусловлено естественными физическими свойствами материалов, из которых изготовлены подвижные части наушников - мембраны. Для вывода на "правильное" звучание, эти мембраны, грубо говоря, нужно предварительно "расшевелить". Прогрев обычно необходим многим профессиональным моделям наушников в первые 50-200 часов работы. После прогрева наушников, их АЧХ уже сильно меняться не будет - с этого момента они готовы для профессиональной работы
