I bought Xiaomi because in my mind it would obviously connect to Zepp life or Zepp but it cannot connect and the recommended “mi fitness” is the worst app with hundreds of bugs … like and ugly beta app…. Xiaomi please release a software update and allow band 7 pro to connect to more apps

Mi Band 7 Pro is such a failure. In a lot of reviews, people had zero luck with pairing the watch to the Xiaomi Wear app. The disadvantage is that it doesn't support Mi Fit app. (Also called as Zepp Life now) And, it's pretty late to come to EU after almost 3 months of its release date. I would rather stick with a Mi Band 7 or Mi Band 6 NFC. Redmi Smart Band Pro is also meh...
@@Enriquegdch It's sad that Xiaomi is trying to kill their sister company by forcing users to use the half-broken Mi Fitness (Mi Wear) app. Mi Fit (Zepp Life now) was and still is the best app. And it takes less resources to run on my old phone with 1GB of RAM and A5.1.1
@@sajapornt Mi Band 7 Pro is shit in short term. There's no reason to buy the new Mi Bands as they all just have same features over 2 years now. I bought a Mi Band 5 on the release day and I still use it until now. Also, some of the 7 Pros had a pre-production firmware on them, which was meant for the Zepp Life app. After an update, they worked only with the crap Mi Fitness.

I done several of restart band, restart phone, turn off and on Bluetooth, remove previous connected devices, change region. I done everything that I can find out though. Luckily it's work in the end.
I need help. I can't connect my Mi Band 7 Pro with my mom's Mi 9T Pro. The phone just can't detect the band. The band connects fine when i tried connecting it with my own Poco F3.
Same problem to me, such a garbage, if i don't manually sync mi fitness at the and of the day i lose everything. I can't believe it, they sale something that it supposed to do one thing, count km and steps , at least

I was able to sync it with the region change. But i cannot see the watch faces yet... apart from the 5-6 inside the band7Pro

I tried pair it more than 10 times, and still unsuccessful.

Mine will not sync with weather.
Does the app need to stay open all the time?Does the connection get disconnected when I close the app?

its not syncing automaticatlly if mi-finess app is not opened. a week of activity is lost. what a failure!

You need to change your device's language to English. Mi Fitness sucks.
