Hello. I am a 51-years old woman from Finland and I found Your Pilates-videos few weeks ago. I am so happy about this! I am a practical nurse, I study health sciences in university at the moment. Sometimes I do fill in in exercise groups as needed and Your videos have been great inspiration for me. Thank you!

I really really enjoyed this! It was careful, have-to-pay-attention/can't-zone-out work. I was surprised how much work there was in the upper body on the side that was pressed into the ball! Thank-you!

Simply perfect. My aim for today was to get rid of back pain (office worker) and it was done. But I had some more: strenght training and strech. Love this combination .
Great challenging class as always. Thank you so much. Have you ever tried pilates bar kit. Just bought one at the local store ($19) and was thinking if you ever tried one. And of course would like to see your class with that kit. Maybe one day.

Not even sure what a Pilates bar kit is. Sounds interesting.
@@fitnesswithjennallen1645 I bought mine at local Walmart. Gaiam brand. Not bad tension compare to other brand I saw at another store.
