at what point does it stop being a Lambretta engine ? this is closer to a RD 250 LC than a Lambretta, IMO the TS kits and other single air-cooled kits are still lambretta engines, this is not, it's so far removed from the lambretta engine you might as well just swap a Japanese motorcycle engine in to the frame, knock up some new silent mounts and widen the panels, like back in 1980s with the Yamaha engines, if it's for you go for it but most will say, nice experiment in engineering (nothing new really, KDX conversions etc) and how much ? so much for the lambretta being cheap transport for teenagers, your pricing people out of the scene when you should be pricing people in to it... please feel free to disagree, but im right on this one !
