Way to go dudes. I traded a 12ga. Shotgun for a 2003 Buell XB9R. I gave 500 bucks for the gun. It's missing a few pieces which I am diligently acquiring off of ebay.

Good series, binged it all in one night lol. Originally watched this simply to see the primary cover removal to replace the stator and stuck around for the adventure. Good on you guys! Also what was the final diag? Anything notable found?

Hey Victor, sorry for the late response. Not a clue what was wrong but we suspect it was an oil issue. Make sure you use the factory specified oils. We’re not active anymore unfortunately, moved too far from each other. Family issues and shit. Hope one day to upload a few videos again. Maybe under a new name and with new friends. Greetings Mr. R.

Look at you guys with your fancy green primary tension tool thing-ama-bob. I'm still stuck using an oily wedge of southern pine. Hey... why dont ya' pull that oil pump while you're in there and see if that Buellster is an Eater? All I know is life is always good when your Buellster is not an Eater...

@@RBMRepairCrew Thats good to hear. Definately worth checking periodically, and a cheap fix if you do your own engine work. In 2006 they went to a berillium mixture gear that lasts longer if you happen to find the back side of that gear worn, but I think that is all anyone sells anymore as an upgrade.

I enjoyed the series on the buell xb. I own a Firebolt and if you are going to own one you ARE going to work on one. I would like a follow up though. It ends 9 months ago with a ride but we get no feed back. Did the bike survive?

Hello! Yes the bike is working to spec! It is now used again by Mr M's uncle. The total repair costs was about 850 euro's. We saved 2000 euro's by attempting the repair ourselves :)

We are hugely deleyed due to some one of us having personal problems who needs fixing first. No we are not in a fight with eachother. xD
