illnescape is 0.02, for scintillias, you need berzerker, fultis, ex machina, prima, forlorn, and velnorum. illnescape is only rare due to everyone hating exalted T.H.E.M

For a brief explanation, even though ex machina is technically a 0.01% chance, those are always multiplied by 100 after, so basically it's 1x10 for the 1/10, and 1x1 or 1/1 for 1/100, but 1/1000 is 1/10, and that equals to 0.1. the odds are still 1/1000, so nothing unfortunately changes about THAT.
