- So my camera woman was a bit tired, and distracted by the awesomeness that is Ani, and totally didn’t know she was going to film the entire show, so bear with that in mind. Also she had to be the focus puller in addition (cause my focus puller was MIA) but overall not a bad little video. I will post the complete set list eventually but I am tired and work a lot so it may take a few days. Thanks! Go to Righteous Babe and buy some albums! They sound way better than this iPhone video!
Wow, finally after all these years a FULL set of her best heaters, no deep cuts. This is the best performance of hers I've ever watched.

I've seen Ani around 25 times between 1996-2022. I am GOBSMACKED by this line-up. WOW.
as in the musicians ? i also loved when she had allison as her drummer and the band incorporated mike dillon on vibes and percussion. LOVED that era of her band, and am so thankful i was able to see them play live a handful of times. i do love this pedal steel (is it?) addition for this year, and the sound

I love her new sound. Its like blue grassish/country ?? Whatever it is i just love it. First time i ever heard Pixie. Amazing !!!!!! She should pull more stuff out of vault
Even though she properly introduced him, I kept thinking of him as Professor Lap Steel. He added such a cool dynamic to the whole sound. I don't know how many times i've seen Ani (15 times? maybe?) and every show is different and fun and surprising and just a long cool drink of how the world should be. I'm so happy i got the whole show because i've watched it like 5 times since i was there! 😂

@eunoicgeniusloci I, too, have seen Ani a ridiculous amount of times (since 1994). She once mentioned that she plays a different set list every night so the fans who follow her on tour don't get bored. 😂 Also, the ability to still perform songs from her first album is amazing (imo). I could go on and on about her, I'm a fangirl 🙄

thanks heaps!! this is great- no need to apologise for any quality... an almost-whole show is pretty epic to watch and hear. it is missing the encore though right? at first i was a little shocked by the length- like wow, ani are your shows under 1.5 hrs now (esp cos tickets to shows everywhere are waaaay more than they used to be! .. and we all struggle with finances way more so it can be very challenging to afford shows). but i guess it was at least 1.5 hrs with the encore. what did she play, does anyone know (for encore)?
I posted the encore in a different vid because I had stopped recording, but it should be easy to find cause I don’t have a lot of videos.
