    We have different powermta setup with rotating ip and our daily email sending limit is 30k each day what do you suggest to warm up our different smpt how shall we start with your tool

    • @prospectingtoolkit
      @prospectingtoolkit  2 роки тому

      Our tool is not built for that setup. You'll need to research manual ways of warming up for that high of volume.

      @@prospectingtoolkit so we won't be able to use your system even if we provide smpt user name and password and rest at the back end we keep the ip rotations

    A question ????? -
    Suppose, I sent 25 mail/day sending in the first week.
    In these days I sent mails only to gmail. Now my server and ip (or my sender gmail id) are known to gmail. On the 8th day, if I send 50 mails to yahoo or hotmail. Will my mails go to spam ?????
    Cause my server and ip (or my sender gmail id) is not known to yahoo and hotmail.

      Domain reputation is at the domain level, you shouldn't see too much variance with deliverability across different email providers - that being said, I don't know, no on knows, you have to do what I've had to do and TEST TEST TEST.

    Super helpful thanks! Do you know how long it takes to start receiving emails sent from a google workspace account? I purchased a google domain and started the workspace today. Sent myself a couple emails to diff gmail accounts. Does it take 24-48 hours for those emails to appear in my inboxes maybe? - Amy

      If you set it up properly you should get getting emails immediately. Double check the SPF, dkim, MX records, etc

    I'm not sure what to do. I set up a domain name and email with Google domains, but ProspectingToolkit won't accept any SMTP information. I've put in the username and address of the domain name I registered, my primary Google account, and another Gmail address, but none have been accepted. The lesser applications thing also no longer works. Any ideas?

    if you email from gmail personal account to do cold emailing , do u also need to do dns, dmark etc? or is this only if you use a domain email?

    • @prospectingtoolkit
      @prospectingtoolkit  2 роки тому

      Only a domain email, but I don't recommend using personal Gmails in most cases. Many people getting a cold email copy + paste the domain of the email to check the product or service. Personal Gmails can come off pretty amateur and spammy.

    so what bounce rate is too high for a new domain name?

    • @prospectingtoolkit

      2% or more - you want to keep it below 2%

    Hi @ProspectingToolkit (Alex), May I know how long do you suggest I have to wait before sending cold outreach emails from a newly created email? Assuming I warmed it up properly.

    • @prospectingtoolkit
      @prospectingtoolkit  3 роки тому +1

      2 weeks - 1 month is ideal for a new domain - you can try less but new emails get flagged quickly if you start sending high volume. Start with 10-20 emails per day and don't go over 100 per day per email account 👍

    How to send 40k- 50K mails per day as your thumbnail
    You are still talking about 100 mails /day in video in warmup
    It will take 30days so I can send 50K mails or years

    SPF
    DKIM
    DMARK
    All these are added while connecting hosting with your mail provider like I used Zoho.
    can you elaborate this?
