Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, we got married June 2013 and quickly caught the travel bug! We started “travel hacking” and taking more trips together and finally decided we wanted to travel for one year. After 2 years of saving $ and travel hacking over 2 million miles and points, we sold our cars and apartment and left home January 10, 2016. We started this UA-cam channel to share our experiences with friends and family, then decided we really liked vlogging and traveling. So we extended our 1 year trip to THREE years :) Now we have a goal of traveling to 100 countries before Nate turns 30 (which is March 20, 2019)! We are incredibly thankful to do something we love every day. :)

@@muharremvarlkl5762 yeah black activated charcoal Powder for white teeth! I think they bleached them at the dentist! They already had nice teeth but as far I know It's what most people want whiter then white teeth!😁 And they probably had braces if their teeth are not like that naturally!
If teleportation existed, would you rather teleport to your next destination or fly Turkish Airlines business class? We'd choose business class every time! Are we crazy?! That was so nice of Turkish Airlines for them to take the initiative to book you in Business Class! The longest flight I've experienced was from San Francisco to Singapore by United - 17 hours!

Had layover in Turkish airport outs to Switzerland. Wow. 5e airport is massive and lots of food options with Grand bazaar market at airport. Economy also get the toiletry kit with eye mask, lotion and toothbrush. First time I seen an onboard chef. Not sure if economy meals are fresh made but having a chef just make the inflight experience so much better. Turkish attendants are also very friendly and pretty

I have ehlers danlos syndrome so I don't travel a lot (pretty much buried in hospital bills), but I feel like I get to travel with you guys every week. I just wanted to say thank you! Your amazing personalities and fun trips really lift my spirits! I hope one day I will find the financial means to travel and experience even a fraction of what you guys are a part of. ❤❤❤
One day! Keep the faith, Annette! I have PTSD ( but not the bills) so travelling isn't an option. Unless heavily sedated, of course. Yep, there's always that. I have all the time in the world for E-D survivors, and Nate and Kara make it all happen for us.
Check out Simon and Martina on UA-cam as well. They're a Canadian couple who originally moved to South Korea to teach English, then did well enough to do UA-cam full time. They live in Japan now and are some of the sweetest, funnest people. Martina has EDS as well and has been open about it in past videos. There are also some good tips on how she makes life and travel easier with her condition. Some of the EDS travel content is a bit older but just as relevant.

i just love the lounge in istanbul airport. i felt sad only one time while passing through business class but for some reason i love the economy class.

Turkish business class is pretty great and the lounge is very good. I've been in that lounge several times but never came across the honeycomb service, have to look for it next time. Very nice editing on this video.

This lounge is the reason why always connect in Istanbul, although it is a couple of hours longer to get to US through Istanbul! The food there is just AMAZING!

No , doubtful...some see this style as irritating...I think a better candidate would have been the couple who have a channel called drivin and vibin.. they travel around in their Caravan something like that and the girl is very LOW-KEY and HUMBLE... I know that on UA-cam a lot of people want to have to be entertained but I prefer if someone showing me a place to just show it. If you want to see some professionally done travel vids see the psw 100 channel.he lives in Hong Kong .that guy has class...some of us got spoiled watching travel shows by the likes of Rick Steves and Burt Wolf ..we get turned off by the you tube style.
Also I get turned off when people have to show me that they are brushing their teeth... some things just should not be in a video.. some will get what I'm saying and some won't... the ones who love the UA-cam Style which is corny and sometimes over-the-top ... and in your face and irritating won't get it.
I came to watch a vid about the lounge at the airport because it is supposed to be a world-class Lounge but instead also had a some schlock thrown in...Overall its about stylistic differences.. but there's differences can be big..by less than 2 min.in I wanted to bailout..but did it at 7...I wont be back ..some like hot dogs..some don't..same thing here.

dont sell yourself short. Business class seats for turkish are pretty cheap. You can get a RT for about $2500 or lower if u buy far away for ur travel date

Rebekah Bridges-Tervydis - they are really great...even their economy is much nicer than any other airline I've flown with. We love them!
I fly Turkish a lot! Sometimes I get lucky and manage Bus Class, but mostly I'm in the back of the bus. No matter, they are dependable and good, and even if I'm with them for 12 hours LAX - IST, they are better than anyone.
Have you heard of before about any airline that serve full course food to 200 passengers in 50 minutes flight ?

Hey, guys! About those "lines". It's related to the frequency the lights on the plane work and the shutter speed on your camera.
Just try to change the shutter speed, like from 1/50 to 1/60, and they will go away!

I love Turkish airline, my experience of the airport was a little different though since me and my sister slept on a bench in a gate that wasn't being used. 😂 I flew in economy London to Bangkok via Istanbul and from Istanbul to Bangkok I had 4 seats to myself - not quite so luxurious but for a the price was amazing,
I know your videos are filmed many weeks in the future, but I would love to hear from you if Anthony Bourdain influenced your desire to travel. He was an inspiration to me to connect and experience the culture of the ordinary people living many diverse places. He showed us how much we all have in common, and that we should not be afraid of the differences. I am very sad today.
