That level is "Level 37" known as "The Poolrooms" is an expansive complex of interconnected rooms and corridors slightly submerged in stagnant lukewarm water. The rooms vary in size and structure, ranging from uniform pools and hallways to more open, abnormally-shaped areas. But in this game a little more weirder.

@Sam TDS And More Apeirophobia added an entity to make it harder. This is a light tile zone. The zones with entities have like dark blue or black tiles. And yes, apeirophobia updated but they might have swapped light zones and dark zones since the dark tile level in Apeirophobia has no entity.

This level is "Level 8" known as "The Cave System". Is an expansive cave system with numerous spider-like entities inhabiting it.
The entities are spider-like entities but in that game just like the entity that looks like your teammate.

Don't Know Backrooms?:
If you're not careful and noclip out of reality in the wrong areas, you'll end up in the Backrooms, where it's nothing but the stink of old moist carpet, the madness of mono-yellow, the endless background noise of fluorescent lights at maximum hum-buzz, and approximately six hundred million square miles of randomly segmented empty rooms to be trapped in.
God save you if you hear something wandering around nearby, because it sure as hell has heard you.
Tips for All Levels:
1. Lobby- Follow the arrows, they lead to the exit.
2. Poolrooms- Split up if you have a team of over 2. The Metal Lungs and Fast Runner gamepasses are reccomended for this level.
3. Office- Take your time. Don't rush.
4. Sewers- Listen for the motor-like humming noise. It will lead you to the exit.
5. Cave System- Don't follow the noise. The Advanced Camera and/or Advanced Flashlight gamepasses are recommended for this level.
New players, enjoy the tips- you're gonna need them.

The back rooms level "The End". It is impossible to beat seeing as it's is just a bunch of glitches your mind can't comprehend after that you will cease to exist. Every entity have been there for thousands of years because they do not know the escape of the backrooms

As this Level is "Level 75" resembles an endless staircase. The staircase has metal stairs, concrete walls and ceiling, and a pipe line snaking across the left wall. But, good thing it was not endless in this game.
