The Best Garlic Bread I‘ve ever had! Crispy crust, soft center, and garlicly delicious!

  • Recipe: Garlic cloves 5.5 OZ (160g) Cover the garlic with olive oil Bake for 2 hours at 250°F/120°C Cut a loaf of round bread diagonally Slice 6.5 Oz (180g) Mozzarella cheese or any cheese you like Take the baked garlic out Allow it to cool down Add 2 sticks (226g) unsalted butter in a bowl Add half of the baked garlic Chop a handful of parsley Add the chopped parsley Chop a handful of chives Add the chopped chives Salt to taste ¼ tsp of black pepper Mix well Spread the mixture on the surface and in the cracks of the bread Place the other half of garlic cloves and cheese slices in the cracks Wrap the bread loosely with foil Bake for 25 minutes at 250°F/120°C Remove the foil Increase the temperature to 375°F/190°C Bake the bread uncovered for another 12-15 minutes Ready to serve Delicious!
