In my opinion this is the best addition to the plaza outside of seasonal events
Knotts did this better during their 100th anniversary. I’ve been to universal several times since the 60th started and to be honest it’s pretty annoying being forced off the tram for the photo ops lol. The event so far has been pretty barebones
The Scuba Diver only comes out during the second half of the day... usually after 2pm.
