Your first mistake is to choose wrong product from wrong supplier. The second mistake you did order more pieces I recommend to start with 3-4 products and less quantity. In this way you will loose less and one of your product will rank, then you can sell the most selling product. Another mistake you have done is to optomize add cost every 2-3 days start from lower budget get impression on your listing then start increasing day by day to see the results. The last mistake you did, selecting wrong product ( Off season product).
I do, I know. I know I would have saved a ton of money by not winging it the way I did. I wasn't paid or anything-- I genuinely like what Travis does and wanted to share my story-- I happen to live in LA as well so it worked out. 🤷♀
Selling on these platforms can be a real suicide run. First, web search any prospective product you want to sell. If you see more than a few dealers selling it, move on to the next product you'd like to sell. Once you see several competitors you're going to get hit with a price war at some point. Product should be unique to you. Any off the shelf item you sell can also be sold by others. Pay for clicks can bleed you out. Start out at a low amount then adjust as necessary. Most clicks you get are people just window shopping, just bored as they sit in traffic or passing time.
This video appears to be an elaborate fiction to promote Travis Marziani. Sadly it will likely do the opposite and drive people away from him. The video is wrong in so many ways for anyone who has started a small business. However the most obvious fabrication are the figures on screen. Those figures do correspond normally with the verbal narrative and I wasn't giving it much attention. However at 18:18 the speaker says she made a profit in month 10 when the figures show a loss. If you add the numbers you will see it was a loss. To make it worse, the numbers on the screen don't add up to the total on the screen. I wondered if the other totals were correct and checked months 8 and 9 too. Those figures don't add up either. Nine is not off much but in month 8 the verbal narration claims a small loss when the figures show a small profit. If this were a real case study then one obvious causes of the bankruptcy is the lack of attention to detail. Either to the actual financials or to the quality of video production.
This video should have been declared as advertising in the first place. And just to add to the error’s list. Buying this big quantity of untested products and then have them stored by Amazon from the beginning. (At least no other information in this video).
It’s still cheap compared to owning or leasing a brick & mortar location or buying a franchise. You can lose $26,000 your first month not counting start up costs

This is why learning from others is important so you can avoid making the same mistake
This here isnt a smart person people... had eyes on the prize and not the work to get there... typical now a days , wanting to make money easy without working for it.
General rule of thumb is you lose more than you make when you start out.. most dont plan or have the collateral for this... its naive and stupid... i lost alot in the start but now set to retire early... but its work.
And this video just looks like a paid desperate shill for travis courses....
Give it up. Dont subscribe to those who want money for nothing people!
You dont look sad.
Life's too short. I learned a lot.
Too much money burning holes in her pockets and rocks in her head. That's all I see here.
Starting a business can come with its share of mistakes and learning curves, and it’s not always easy. My goal in sharing these stories is to help others avoid those costly missteps.
FBA is all about you making money for Jeff Bezos, not yourself 😂
Absolutely as my experience
That’s a funny way to put it! 😄 It’s true that Amazon takes its share, but FBA can still be a profitable business model for those who approach it strategically. It’s not for everyone, and like any business, success depends on good planning, execution, and understanding the costs involved.
All this viedos are clearly scripted guys. PLZ don´t fall in to this
She made more money by referring others i this video.
Definitely not, the primary goal of this video is to share real experiences and insights about Amazon FBA
Free is the most expensive. The mistake you really made is to save that $997 and you finally paid by 1 year time and $20k+.
What a stupid action.
Amazon propaganda.
Thanks for the comment but I disagree. While many people have strong feelings about Amazon and its practices, my aim is to share insights based on my experiences rather than promote any specific agenda.
Ma'am if you really help us
And you have enough money that you start again by taking course ,
Then please give me money also to join the Amazon, I'll give it back to you after i earn that money.
Do the actual help !!
It doesn't work that way
I just finished watching this video. I think this is a parody account.
She is reading the script look at her eyes😂
Appreciate the observation but having a guide is important, as in any other video, so mistakes can be avoided when filming
AMAZON WANTS TO RULE THE MARKET AND IT SSSSSSUUUUCCCCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKSSSSS!
Why do you say that?
@@TravisMarziani cause he can't sell shit😂
Amazon FBA made me bankrupt 😢
Please stay away from Amazon
Sorry to hear that. Did you sell your own product or reselling existing ones?
All these stories sound like bullshit
These stories might come across that way, especially given how challenging and unpredictable the world of entrepreneurship can be. My goal is to share genuine experiences-successes and failures alike-to help others navigate their journey.
