The story of this song is about the village of Saanapu Safata in Samoa. The Fundametal agreement of this village was strong that No other Church or any other religion is built in the village other than the LMS church. The Tuigamala family from Saanapu and many other brave warriors of the gospel who stood up and fought back for the AG church to established their beliefs by praying and fasting. One day, the chiefs of the village conclude their decision to burn down the guest house where these people were using to worship and praise the Lord. They brought kerosene and the fire, they came prepared to destroy and burn down the guest house on that day while the people of God were inside, but God send down a pouring rain that the village had never seen before. They were just standing outside of the house, trembling with fear assuming it was a sign from God. Make the story short, as of right now, all 5 children of the Tuigamalas became Pastors and Pastor wives. The village change their bi-laws and granted the wish of the AG church. This was happened back in 1980's under the leadership of Rev. Luai Lisala and First lady Suitini. Results and fruits of the seed that was planted, more than 100 and still counting of Pastors and churches around the world that was birth from this. That is why Mr Suliveta Kurene the legendary Samoan gospel musian/singer and his lovely family will never be forgotten. This song is a great testimony and great memories of hard labors, many prayers, lots of tears and shed blood of all the pioneers of "Kilikala AOG" in Saanapu Safata. Praise be to God Almigty Amen. Mr Suliveta Kurene later died in NZ in the year 1984 but his memories and songs is still alive and even in this Century. He surely left a great legasy for the next generation to carry on the gospel of Jesus Christ Amen.

I come from Salelologa and Suliveta Kurene was one of the AOG musicians that enlighten my spirit in Christ by his songs 🎵. Used to mingle up with them in Salelologa when they came out of the Bible College in Tafuna. And ended up being in the same church in Mt Wellington Auckland 1967 until I moved to Hastings Hawke's bay. Still remember him.
Even though I can not understand it goes deep into my spirit and God translates it I love it. I started crying great job keep up the great work God Bless you all
