I know it's a joke lol, but I just know things sometimes? But I can't just be like "Oh I need to know about this" and will up some information randomly lol. I see it as a willingness to connect/learn and when I need to know things I am meant to.
It also manifests differently I think, through like a lens/idea of how we perceive things? If a medium believes in Ghosts they will "talk to a ghost" but a Christian will "talk to Angels" when really they are projections of small piece of like what actually exists, but unable to be comprehended (universe is massive).
My "knowing" would randomly like pop words into my head while in therapy that I needed (locus of control, cognitive disosnance) things I needed to understand but they weren't helping me with.
Mine manifests in what looks like dyslexia (I have never had but I started reading words differently around people, etc like on a billboard) that is a part of the seeing I think, but I do have OCD so my "seeing" is confused by OCD. Sometimes it's just a thought or visual from my own mind so it's about discerning.
I will hear too, but it started as hearing animals (like crows,) and smell/taste. Again though, OCD and memory lasing complicates things because I will often see something once or twice and then in stressful moments recreate that image in my mind obsessively/as compulsion.
Sadly all of this is hidden behind a psychic Ruse of Hollywood, and mental health is often disregarded in favor of the other or vice versa instead of co-existing.
Okay, so. That 4th 'Psychic'... 100% looks up her clients befofehand to learn about them, and stacks the deck to make them draw based on what she off hand learns about them. It's the next level of cold reading, and it's how people tend to cold read on live TV without using blanket statements. Usually with an earpiece.
Edit: And yes, she did in fact look up the information in those 40 minutes and I can guarantee she used the crystals and bell thing to make sure she didn't move.

@m7mad182 It's also why they all said '80s with 3 children'. 80s is a lil old to be comfortable with, but suggests a long enough life to have been comfortable. 3 children is a healthy 'happy' average for people who want children. They're all cold reading what they think she wants to hear and use vague statements to affirm the statements further. And predicting things with the same vagueness turns into confirmation bias. Especially with things like 'You should trust yourself with a tough choice' and 'you'll have a decision to make, soon'. People make thousands of decisions every day and don't know it.
Hard cold reads like that end up making people believe even when it means nothing.
Edit (again): And even if she had nothing on her facebook or twitter about her work, she would still have things like 'self employed' and 'general interests' and the like to.make it easier to get more specific. Especially if you double down with thjngs like age trends.

So the best part about watching this is Nux's enjoyment of the video, but also the imperfections of VTuber technology in general giving Nux's avatar numerous facial ticks. I think there is 2 thinks about the having 3 kids thing. 1) it could just mean she gets 3 birds that are basically her children since she cares and provides for her 2 current ones. 0:44 I am nearly 100% sure ghosts are real for these three undesputable reasons 1. this one time me and my mom were standing infront of the fridge and idk what we were doing but we were looking up and we both saw a pretzel fall from the roof I acctually saw it spawn from the roof and we don't keep pretzels in the house so that was the first really weird thing that happened to me that made me start beliving the 2nd one is(I have to give a little backround story so you know why my mom was where she was [I wasn't there btw] so my mom and our neighnbor's wife/girlfriend desided to go to this haunted place[I think it was a house] and my mom was going to get out of their tall ass truck and something pulled her wrist pulling her out of the truck breaking her wrist] and this third reason I also have to give a little backround on or else you'll be lost so last year I had a stroke after my docters(presumably lied but I acctually think they're lying aout the cause of it) so because of that I've been in and out of rehab in different cites in my state so this one time we went to this one charity house and apparently there was this lady outside saying the place is haunted at first I laughed it off but within the first week/month I noticed something was off I kept getting sleep paralysis, something which I have never previously excperenced o I started to suspect something really was off about that place and I'm not living there anymore but I'm still getting it and having really strange dreams and I know sleep paralysis can be explained away by science by whydid it just start right after moving into a suposivly haunted place? ask yourselves that

The psychic who was late was actually very wrong. There are at least 5 queens in the standard tarot deck. The queens of pentacles,swords, cups, and wands, and then the major arcana the empress. A few cards also have some overlap with feminity like the empress such as the high priestess. Not a psychic just like tarot and not for any religious or mystical reasons whatsoever.

There's a documentary about palm reading and how it works. The professionals don't just look at the lines on your palm. Things like your nails, eyes, your skin can say a lot about what sort of life you're living and what sort of health you're in, and you don't have to be psychic to do this.

As someone who surrounds themself with the culture, plans to do something along these psychic lines in the future, and knows the difference between a decent psychic and a scammer, and a fan of Nux regardless of how he feels about this topic, allow me to clarify a couple things. The 3 kids and life past 80 stuff is all part of the palm reading, they follow the same rules when interpreting the line, so they will have the same answers. In palm reader's books, the palm says what it says about you, they can get a basic grasp on the kind of person you are just looking at your hands in profile. Everything from finger length to simian lines tells them something that will usually be parroted by other palm readers because palm reading is a lot more of a science, relying on visible traits. There may be some deviation, some lines can be interpreted a bit differently, for instance, the child lines can also represent something that fulfills the same personal value as children, like birds or in some cases creative endeavors. Things you might call "your baby" in a serious conversation unironically.
Even if it is a kid, it could be that neighbor kid you always end up looking after cuz their parents are shitty people to the point of feeling protective and almost parental feelings towards them. Anything already deeply ingrained in your hand is either something deeply ingrained in you as a person or a pattern that is unlikely to change because of the way you are. The main difference between palm readers is that some can connect the dots better than others, and the fact that none of them mentioned the birds in relation to the child lines is kind of surprising, especially for the one who said she was into animals. Palm lines are also the only divinatory practice I know of that goes into actual ages or specifics of time. The old soul stuff generally applies to people with many palm lines, if your palm looks like the map for a metropolitan area, you might be an old soul. Of course, for those who don't believe in reincarnation, they would just tell you that you really overthink and agonize over things. I feel like there's a lot more you could get from a complex array of palm lines than that, but then it's an hour reading, maybe two.
That said, there are also lighter palm lines, which can represent temporary issues or things that might or might not be depending on your choices. Ultimately, the future is variable, we can and often do change it.
As for Tarot readings, those are a lot more fickle than palm readings, if only that they indicate the direction things are going at the moment. You can always change that. For instance, the fender bender mentioned might have made Jaiden a lot more cautious when she was driving in the next few months. Anyone who gives a date or time frame for a tarot reading is very confident in their intuition, and I might be more inclined to trust their words about the future if everything stays the same. Anyway, the reason most tarot readers keep things on a general level is because that's all they can really be certain of, clients have agency, maybe if the person never went to get the reading, they'd have faced something they didn't because after the reading they were expecting it. And while Jaiden's not wrong about the compliments, not everyone gets good tarot pulls. Some of those cards, especially in combination, would have a client pitching a fit assuming the psychic didn't know how to smoothly tell them that they were going to experience a major financial setback or be cheated on or something similarly negative about their personality or behavior. Charisma is an important stat to have as a psychic, it's not just about interpreting cards, it's about interpreting them in a way that is inoffensive or at least being able to read people well enough to know when you're allowed to be frank about something.
There are scammers out there, whether genuine psychics that try to rope you into more and overcharge or charge a fair price but use underhanded tactics to draw the client in, or skilled manipulators that aren't real psychics, but know just how to sell you on an idea and target your pain. There isn't a ton in the way of a regulated psychic market or a universal rate, so even the best intentioned psychic can easily under or oversell themselves, and it's also an industry that makes the power go to some psychic's heads. They may not be predicting their clients' future or reading for them as much as they are their own future wealth at the clients' expense. Either way, if you're going to a medium, I suggest you do a light bit of studying up on the meaning of tarot cards their reversed meaning is generally the opposite of their upright meaning. Or if you're really good at understanding symbolism, each image is worth a thousand words and then some on the cards themselves. Other than that, pay close attention to how they behave, if they seem like they're stringing you along or trying to hook you with something else, run.
Oh, and what Jaiden said about the reading styles, letting the client pick or the psychic picking varies. How someone uses their cards is different from person to person. For instance, I prefer to use only "jumper" cards. That is, I shuffle haphazardly until cards fly out of the deck and take them as is, that way I can be sure that it's not some subconscious bias on my part or nerves appearing as intuition on the part of the person I'm reading for. I also personally prefer Oracle cards, they're like tarot, but with custom deck themes, cards, and meanings, all of which are all written down in a guide book, though it's generally encouraged to come up with meanings that speak to the individual, so in a reading I'm likely to ask what they think of the cards first. I'm also more of a psychology/life coach reader, so what I read is more about what someone is like as a person and where they can improve or grow. As a tarot card reader myself, I only respect the second physic. Though I wish this fan base had a bit more respect for people who believe in this stuff, it's just a hobby. Just like any other hobby there are scammers.

As someone who has a 1,000 voices in my head and has dealt with matrix lvl hallucinations since I was a child I stopped trying to understand it. I've had 4 doctors, 2 therapists, and a psychiatrist ask me "How are younstill alive?", been declared dead for "1 : 37", and even had 2 therapists quit their job because they couldn't deal with my issues.
