I tried to recreate it and had pretty good success with opening a Low-pass filter and putting resonance to it. I manipulated the LFO rate with noise while trying to put it as high as possible. LFO also modulated pulse width and the filter on the same time. Tried it on a Behringer Crave but there could be better methods who would be more successful.
