Like always, awesome content. I've learned so much watching your videos. More than I did my entire baseball career. As a dad, you guys make it easy to identify bad habits.
so impressive 👏 / my son 6'8" lefty is struggling , has raw talent, natural spin, & 2 seems tails! your impressive, professional! drills well excelarat & progress his potential
Ben calls them walking windup. Throwing out of full windup but taking a couple of steps before you wind up and walk right into your windup. Youth pitchers imo need to learn not to hang out behind or over the rubber. To get moving under control.
@@ParkerBradshaw If you expand the Show More in description he links all the drills and other info too. I am becoming a big fan of how he breaks stuff down.

My grandson is a lefty so having you demonstrate should really help him to visualize the proper motions! Thanks
What should I call the 🐐 drill I showed at the beginning?
The Fitnessgram pacer drill: a multistage aerobic capacity throwing drill

Walking roll ins are my favorite for youth pitchers.

Great content.

I love your videos. I have a question. What do you guys think about GOATA? Do you guys think it can be applied to baseball?
It’s garbage, a better guy to follow is Ben Patrick from ATG
