if they just added back mark of the lone warrior it’d just be that much better
i think they would have to change it up cos mark of the lone warrior was just an xp buff
and you get the same xp now as if you had adept and mark of the lone warrior at the same time

Void is literally a full guildbase and also a tp to anywhere of your bounty.
Deepbound gives a bunch of benefits that is connected to the depths

i think the main value out of lone warrior is for players who just wanna practice trial of one's higher end mobs if they havent gotten to the point where they can predict the movesets accordingly. it removes the tedious walk and if you fail you spawn in the depths to make it easier to just wipe and try again. other than that, its useless. simply a practice tool.
I think it’s just useful as a modified overworld origin, starting at vigil or etrea after playing for awhile feels like a total drag. it gives a little option for experienced overworld preferences
Lone Warrior is just a Hassle Save not only that you spawn at the best place to start you can instantly go to Eastern after Trial

Deepbound is so underrated, the only problem is pre shrine, and its overall the fastest beacuse if you just stay in depths you wont get exp capped until around power 19 or 20 and you can just do some hookless chasers for the last points.
Yeah, exp capped at power 19 as deep bound. Pre-shrine just requires patience.
This might be the worst but the best is the ignition union origin.

What may have been worse of all they haven’t made the best origin the Summer Isle Origin.
I've went deepbound multiple times but i'd still rather go lone warrior because grinding in the depths from the start is like being an old man who's legs barely work, it is so god damn slow and also nothing spawns, i usually go lone warrior, grind in starfield valley for 2 or 3 levels and just go to the depths for the rest of the way, it's faster and you can kill the enemies in the depths without taking till the heat death of the universe to kill a corrupted enemy which is preferrable since they give actually good xp and also you are less likely to be ganged up and die since you have abilities at that point to escape or do something about the monsters swarming you, it's fast and you can just get bell after doing trial of one if you just learn chaser, he's easy and gives a lot of progression so the bell progression with deepbound becomes kinda null since chaser is faster and you can get to him faster with lone warrior i've never seen much good with deepbound, just go to the surface once you kill a few monsters and if you have willpower then you can stay there longer even starting out as a lone warrior, just because the extra xp talent got taken from trial of one doesn't mean there's not a method to make it a really good and faster way of progressing and also you can use the non hell mode bells in the depths to spawn more corrupted enemies so even as a lone warrior origin when you come across an enemy it is definitely worth while and you can actually fight them without taking till the heat death of the universe and evetually another enemy coming in and fucking you over cuz you're level 1 and you got nothing to effectively escape
my suggestion: sudomantra called “Mark of the Lone Warrior” that just temp boosts exp whenever you use it, and has an hour cd

lone warrior's pros just outweigh themselves in the late game (i define late game in this context as power 20 with resonance). on one hand, you spawn at minityrsa. on the other hand... you spawn at minityrsa. the spawning at minityrsa can both be useful and annoying at times. although for the other two origins, deepbound has exclusive access to the stove, antiq, and castle light's sanity aura, and virtually has no cons, and as for voidwalker, they have exclusive access to an alternative for a max guild base, cross map tp to ganks or to friends in another guild, and can set their spawn where ever they please. cons? again, virtually none (aside from voideye having somewhat of a long cooldown). keep in mind that this is for late game. as you can see lone warrior origin really has nothing going for it once you finish the build and are planning to use it in l2 or in pvp, and should only be used for practicing to1; it really should just never be used once you can consistently beat to1.
Honestly it falls more under spawn location than origin
Mostly, i think its the best origin for a new player learning to fight monsters. You can just repeat this and train up, then when youre ready, you get a good origin
ngl they should fuse maruder with mark of the lone warrior but like a little more buffed so more exp if your progging alone
You gotta consider how long it takes to get void walker or deepbound whole lone warrior is easy to get beaides you can put points anywhere which can make builds
i only go lone warrior only when im making a hard to make build, such as a build who shrines at a low power, and *needs* a mystic.
lone warrior should get special trials around the map that give high exp but are hard so you dont need to wait for events

After you obtain lone warrior origin you should only be able to do trial of one if you pick it
at the very least lone warrior should be the only origin to be the triel
and the base castaway origins have the option of doing the tutorial as well as ending it early, and yes ive done this by selling orlandeus emerald for notes and then skipping the tutorial cause i was going attunementless anyways and wasnt grabbing a mantra

Personally I like lone warrior because it makes it so I can get my charisma or willpower without dealing with the annoying training
Lone warrior is just useful cause the mystic in trial. If the build u need is heavily min maxxed either go lone warrior or voidwalker eith no trial
+ you can invest points to your magic from the start.

Lone warrior is alot useful for builds with alot of stats(usually chrime of conflict builds, bc u getting free mystic on lvl1)
deepbound gives you mystic to and more xp

Lone warrior should get a innate exp gain in overworld like maverick

Just make a 1.1x xp gain for killing things without any other player interfering. Unless that's more than Deepbound gives, I'm not sure how much extra xp Deepbound gives
edit: i forgot that maverick existed but that doesn't really matter after all adret have autodidact passively + autodidact trait. also instead of 1.1x maybe like 1.4x

i think that what it could use more is mabey the ability to spawn a random event from the area your currently in using an item like every 5 minutes. The most annoying thing about progression isn't the progressing it's the waiting for stuff to spawn and even when theres somthing that respawns quick like the sand knight in the voidzone at hive, it has highly reduced exp compared to one that would spawn randomly

the new mark of the lone warrior should do a 1.25x progression speed, BUT remove the "i should put things into practice" thing, also the mark should only be for the lone warrior origin and not any voidwalkers or deepbounds
you can’t just “remove” it, it’s how you tell that you’re lacking overall exp

Straight up, I only prog deep bound now, my builds usually have low will power so deepbound negates that issue to an extent, castle light is incredibly convenient and you can use the guards to assist you. Don’t like farming in the depths? No issue, I usually have a friend boost me out the depths at power 1, or you can look for a local blindseer to try and help you escape or just anyone in general, there’s even servers dedicated to helping freshies escape. Then from the Overworld I farm crypt of the unbroken and place my guild base near it while having notes to use my mystic. Not to mention deepbound also has “call to the deep” making going to the depths 100 times easier. Not to mention castle light instantly clears you of all sanity and you gain a passive where killing mobs gives you back sanity. So all my low will power builds are basically clear from wiping to insanity in the depths. I used to go void walker and the downsides of it are, hours to progress, dealing with many issues not received the exp credit for all your work, gaining many drowns before your build is even maxed out. So I might say deepbound is the best

they should let deepbounds do to1. i exclusively depths grind after to1, and being able to do to1 with the added bell prog/exp would help skip the hell that is early game deepbound. If you can beat a regular enforcer at level 1 you should be allowed to skip a couple levels
