Glad I didn't have to go through Express Entry. Federal Skilled Worker 2014 worked fine for me. Got my immigration visa in 5 months. Happy and proud to be an immigrant in the great white north.

Warning: Think carefully before you move! True for some people becoming succesful but many of them have to re-educate etc. to get into the desired fields. Additionally, competition is increasing in Canada so please make a wise choice!
Came to Canada as a landed immigrant 33 years ago. Came with husband and three small children. It took 15 months from applying to the Canadian High Commission in Birmingham England to being accepted.

canada express entry is against family reunion. there are 600 points for job offer. my only brother lives in Vancouver and I got rejected by a New Brunswick employer just because my brother does not live in his province and he thinks I will move to my brother's province.
My experienced is on their NOC list 9243,but i only have high school diploma, 5years experienced in water treatment industry.. i plan to take training in philppines to get certificate,the problem is i dont know if canada will honor the certificate that took from the philippines,( certificate from Air Pollution Association of the Philppines)

Same here. I went to an expo and on of the Canadians said there were too many people doing marketing and they didn't need us. Probably not chance of getting in doing marketing.

But if you illegal in us immigrate you can not emigrate to Canada. If we change this low we have a lot skilled worker from USA .
