Hi I´m very frustrated about the after-sales service. On December 3 I bought a Basic license and the purchase status it is still in progress. Before purchasing I asked about the shipping time, and you told 2 weeks, I have been sending several emails to know when the mount will be shipped and I’m still waiting for an asnwer.
