@@Ledza_23 becoming a gang member is not from parental consent. In those areas, a gangster approaches a kid and tells him what to do. If not, there are consequences. Bad ones. Very often the parents have zero influence not because they are bad parents but because a gun is boss. Get it?

he speaks the truth, this gent. i say this with a heavy heart but there was a time i did tik. all i had to do was go across the street (kraaifontein) and in broad daylight i could buy it, even sometimes police driving by. i asked the one guy why are they not scared of the police and he just patted his jeans pocket with his hands and smiled. i understood the message. the police are paid from that pocket. and i can tell you those pockets are full. (also thank you GOD i am no longer doing that thing anymore)

If you are a wealthy gangster you can pay someone to take the blame. That makes it difficult for police to do their jobs. It also does not help if you remove supply but the parents and especially the single mothers allow their children to keep using drugs protecting them and keep the demand for drugs in the community. Home owners that allow illegal drugs to be used or drug users to stay in their house should also be prosecuted. Supply and demand must be solved. Jesus said some problems can only be solved with fasting and prayer. So if you drug use causes you not to eat you will have a strong motivation to stop.
