I booked a flat here but the very next day i cancelled booking and collected cheque from builder's office very next day. Thank God my decision was right.
पूरा कंस्ट्रक्शन निम्नस्तरीय है।पानीके निकास की कोई उत्तम व्यवस्था नहीं है।रसोई में बर्तन धोते समय सारा गंदा पानी उल्टा रसोई में भारता है।पानी निकलने के टेप बहुत छोटे लगे हैं। कोई सुनवाई नहीं हो रही है।मेरे फ्लैट की खिड़की के फ्रेम टूटा है कई बार बोलने पर भी कोई सुनवाई नहीं है।
Builder has clearly cheated for many things. 1) Huge number of leackages 2) No MBMC water supply. Tanker Mafia ruling mira Bhayandar. 2000+ rs monthly only for tanker water. 3) No cricket Turf provided as committed in the Brochure. Silently removed from agreement from builder side. 4) Builder is not able to manage Even the amenities which are provided. 5) Parkings are like MMRDA & SRA. 6) Banquet hall is like a 4 walls with AC. Nothing inside. A blank pathetic hall. No decoration at all. Just 4 walls. 7) Garden is like hardly for 10 people. So pathetic and small that to without grass. 8) Anyone can enter the society without permission. Pathetic security. 9) whole society is in a pathetic condition. Not at all premium but selling with a false promise of premium. 10) Swimming pool is in pathetic condition. 11) list is too long, pls dont purchase flats here. You will regret later..
Mira Bhyender ie full of corruption. See the road condition. They take all tax but don't provide any facilities. All road is full of parking and the govt is only bothered to take money from builder and provide approval to construct high rise building without solving water issue as well as garbage disposal issue.
They have not only stopped water supply. You can visit the society and have a look at Swimming pool . It has become green with so much of carelessness in basic maintenance. There were huge cases reported last year of dengue. My sincere request to all the new comers who wants to but flat please have a thorough checks and deal with your wisdom. Bade town ship ka presentation dekh k log sapna dekna chalu kar dete he k yaha pe rahnege to hum ek luxury life jeena start kar denge...but unhe ye nai pata hota k..jeetna bada township utne jyada amenities, utna jyada maintanence... Builder is trying to stop the water intentionally which is against the law to ful fill their demand of extra money without showing their expenses sheet with society member. Apart from this all the amenities are very poorly maintained .
They basically don't care about the residents. The water that they even provide is pathetic. There is no difference between the water that we bath and the water that is flushed. In our society someones new water purifier got damaged since the water is pathetic. Pls those who wants to buy flat here in jk iris pls think twice.
PMC need to be formed asap... They need to take the lead instead of individual flat owner. It is not just with JK IRIS but all JP North Building as well.. we are buying water tanker as we don't get mbmc water + Government is collecting big amount in property tax for water supply benefits!
I am planning to buy a flat in JP Infra 'The Palace'. Can you all please suggest if it's full of Muslim residents or not? I am a Hindu and looking for a Hindu society. Also please suggest how is the area of JP.
One more thing I thought can be of use . Two of my friends are staying in different projects if JP Infra they are not at all facing any problem fm builders or from their team . This is sheer disappointment and disgraceful fm such a Big name like Jitendra Kapoor the Actor . Jitendra Sir I am sure you would have thought a good but why you hired people like Rajesh Jain and Vipin and you know the beauty these people have started resigning from their JHA company.

When you apply for home loan, don't the bank check if the builder is true and not a fraudster? How did the property and builder get approved by banks?
