Sorry, WRs don't break out in Baltimore. They haven't had a top 20 WR since Steve Smith10 years ago. I like Pickens, people sleeping on him. Subtract Diontae Johnson and you don't have garbage at QB and your numbers naturally have to go way up.
He just goes in the same range as Amari Cooper and Christian Kirk, and I would rather have both of them. Pickens probably has higher upside than Kirk but in full PPR Kirk will be really consistent.
Picking guys who are all already drafted well above their production isn't exactly picking breakouts... Zay flowers, JSN, Demario douglas are the only 3 actual breakout candidates on here. Everyone else is already drafted at their ceiling practically
