I made this for dinner last night and my husband ate half of the batch! He even took some out from the refrigerator container, lol. Thank you for such a delicious recipe and I think you and your family are adorable.
My grandmother, from Ukraine, used slightly-salted ground beef *lung*, a somewhat unusual rubbery meat with a distinct flavor, but my brother and I made some and it came out perfect. The kinds of meats here can be enormous.

We make the same thing with a different wrap, to the filling we add olives, scallions, mushed potatoes, tuna, cheese..... So yummy, especially when fried...

Maryam Sheikh Hello dear, yes, you can definitely do that, that's what i normally do, put in small ziplock bags and place in freezer , thaw and fry when needed :) Thank you for kind words ❤️

Looks yummy, but I think chopped hard boiled eggs in the meat are a must for blenchiks. And I love the adding of cooked rice when making berashkies. Though you did mention about the flexibility of the ingredients. Anyway I always love watching you cook my dear, keep it up.
