This part of our road trip really surprised us as we loved every minute of the drive from Brisbane down to Sydney! We also enter our second state and importantly to us the humidity begins to drop too. This stretch of the East Coast was so much fun and we really hope that you enjoy seeing the best spots between Brisbane and Sydney, as well as some places you may not have heard of before.

During the course of the video I was trying to locate where you might be from based on the accents.
My guess is Bury or Wigan haha!
    Nice video, very informative!

Byron Bay accomodation is expensive . We stayed near Yuraygir National Park and it was beautiful . There is heaps to see in NSW . I love Hat Head National Park and Darkes Point at Myall Lakes National Park . Inland from Port Macquarie is Barrington Tops and also Lady Wells . In land from Coffs Harbour is Dorrigo National Park . There is also The Waterfall Way which is so stunning , George’s Mine , Oxley Wild River National Park .

Completely agree! We wish we had longer as there was so much more we could have explored but we had to be in Sydney for a certain date. Such a beautiful section of the East Coast - we loved it

We love it here but a bit too far from home and our families to settle down for us!

welcome to aus.. you are doing it right with a car. you can take your time and get to see the real aus, not the 2 or 3 week fast trips a lot do.

Thank you! Completely agree, I feel like a car/van is a MUST to be able to see more of the country and reach those less-visited (by tourists) spots 😊
