Potato Lollipop
Ingredients
Boiled & grated potato - 2 (medium size)
Corn flour - 2 teaspoon
Chilli powder - ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder - ½ teaspoon
Garam masala - ¼ teaspoon
Pepper - ¼ teaspoon
Chat masala - ¼ teaspoon
Turmeric powder
Ginger garlic paste - ½ teaspoon
Chopped onion - 1
Coriander leaves
Green chilli - 1
Bread crumbs (coarsely ground bread - 2)
Maida - 2 tbl spoon
Salt
Oil

I tried it for today's iftar, I thought my family members wouldn't like it, but surprisingly all liked this snack including me..!!
1 negative about this snack is outer layer was so crispy.. and I love it.. but the inside the potato filling is sticking in teeth.. that I don't like but, may be if I included much more bread crumbs and corn flour to it it will be awesome 👍❤
But any way it's really good and easy to make, especially in iftar time...

Hi mam...you should not add more potato balls for frying, should fry in med flame....if the oil is not hot enough then it will break,and the potato balls should not be too loose
