The last time I skateboarded was 30 years ago and I had a plastiky fingerboard. Last week, ignorant me discovered that fingerboards made nowadays are so much better and they are really awesome! Hence I spent my weekend googling and reading up. Bought two professional fingerboards initially and on impulse bought another two the following day. I had them sent to my office as my wife will smack me for buying four professional fingerboard sets in a weekend when I’m considered a beginner. I like your UA-cam and I’ll watch your tutorials if I forget how to do tricks. Please continue to release teaching tutorials when you are free. Based on the way you handle things in your videos since your younger days, I foresee you doing well in your post college career. You look poised and well bought up too. Have fun in college, young lady. Thank you for your videos. :)

Wholesome , i think the throwing the hand outward was the best tip , taylor rosenbauer has legs for fingers bc he can just throw his finger in either direction but his tip for rolling the board toward you that you also mentioned also helped

Tip for anyone having trouble popping (it applies here but also for other tricks lol), try doing the trick and getting the flick right by doing it off a quarterpipe/steep bank, I didn’t think I could do a heelflip but I managed to get the motion down pretty quickly with this.
I have a question; I'm currently running a shitty tech deck. Should I try a P-Rep first? or should i just wait and jump straight into a fucking $150.00+? Because if I start with a P-Rep, I could slowly upgrade it, like get new tuning to start with, then better wheels, then better trucks, get a new deck, etc. What should I do? I'm not saying this just for Kelsey, I just need feedback.
I’ve been fingerboarding for around a year and I have a broken knuckle at the moment, but I really want a BlackRiver deck , Oak wheels, simple Broken Knuckle trucks, and some bubble bushings. My total is $80.80 but my parents think that it is crazy to spend that much money. How do I get them to understand!!!!!!!!
Squed Gaming I’ve saved up the money from last summer by cutting grass as stuff but they think it’s crazy to “waste” “all” my money on a tiny skateboard. I tried to tell them that it is not just a toy, that it was more like a hobby but they just ignore me.:(

Check it. I'm a 30 year old gal who had a Tech Deck back in circa 2003. I forgot they existed. I remembered they existed in September 2021. I bought a deck and picnic table. End of September 2021 and I've watched hundreds of hours of finger boarding videos. Now all I need is a bunch of dope finger boarding friends I can share the love with!
I am no pro fingerboarder, but for me any type of heel flip has been easier than normal flips, I have very small hands and fingers, and at least for a regular heel I don’t like my board going like varias, so my back finger remains in the back just like in a treflip, and my front finger just behind the bolts but in the middle of the concave, I barely use my fingertips like curling my fingers and than heels go easy as an Ollie, Nellie and switch are a little harder but if you try to imagine the action of .your hand with the board before doing. The trick you can figure out if it’ll work or not, always think how will the board move with your hand position and movement.
