I’m so so sorry about what happened in Walmart! I hate going in Walmart too it’s always a mad rush in there and such a mad house. You did absolutely nothing wrong,they were literally making fun of you in that group chat and it’s sickening. Im so tried of others judging by the way they act,walk,dress,etc. I’m so sorry again you did NOTHING wrong.

I feel super bad you were treated that way on your group and you felt so uncomfortable in Walmart with those two. So unfortunate that people have to be so rude! You did nothing wrong. You are such a nice, genuine and sweet person. If they actually talked to you, instead of being stand offish and judgey, they would know that. Try not to stress too much about it. I know it’s hard. Cause I’m the exact same way! I over think every encounter and how I could have been different. Hugs.

I relate to your Walmart story on a very personal level because I've had the same thing happen to me. I have really bad anxiety and often will dodge everyone and try to weave through empty aisles to avoid people seeing me. It's especially bad because I like to do pick-ups for other local squish collectors, but I never grab more than 2. It's scary because of how bitter squishmallows have made people, so I'm always scared I'm gonna have a crazy reseller/shelf-clearer approach me and start throwing a tantrum about how "unfair" it is.

Honestly, im the same way with anxiety and overthinking situations after. Those people are just miserable, and definitely have their own personal issues going on that makes it so they don’t know how to be happy . I’m not sure why some people are like this. You keep being you and enjoying the things you like. I love your content (you have all the same interests as me.) Anxiety sucks so bad and bad people make it worse but I hope you can read my comment and find some peace in knowing that there are people who can relate & empathize. Great video as always and glad you were able to find such good squish! 🤍

Oh my goodness. That story really hit me. The nerve of some people.. I definitely see why that would cause you to skip a beat. I suffer from anxiety as well and also cant stand confrontation, so i cant imagine what slump that would put me in after seeing that comment. You dont deserve to feel that way. They are so rude. I'm so sorry you had such a negative experience. I've noticed a lot lately there has been.... more toxic squish collectors since I started collecting in 2018. I think their comment and reaction to it as admin of the group is very toxic and just not nice. As someone who also has severe anxiety I would have acted the same. I go in and out of places as quickly as possibly especially Walmart. I havent been inside Walmart in months 😂
I have really bad anxiety too and I get you when you said you think about situations constantly.

i completely understand what you were feeling, my anxiety is the same. i just get really awkward and whatever situation happened will run through my head for weeks and i just constantly beat my self up for it when in reality i did absolutely nothing wrong

I totally understand how you feel! I get uncomfortable squish hunting a lot, digging through the bins or shelves I get rude looks from people like they want me to go away, even though I make room for them to look too lol. If someone gets a squish I want before me I’m a little bummed but I never get mad. Last week I saw a girl get the last cressida axolotl I specifically went in target searching for and she also cleared all squishmallows off the shelf into her cart but I just ignored it and moved on. Squish hunting is all luck and timing lol
In my area I have no problem with browsing squishmellows for my two little girls. I'm always the only one looking no matter what time or day. I just recently spotted them at my local gas station too. I also have anxiety when shopping especially grocery shopping. But I do the same thing like inspecting or looking at each item but with everything. For example those pop top drinks with characters on them. I want to make sure I get the perfect one especially if it costs more and the girls needs to look at every character before they choose as well lol.

I’m so sorry about your experience in Walmart. I totally understand, I get anxiety being alone in public too.
Also, I had to leave my local Facebook groups because I felt like it was more harmful than beneficial.
I would post pics of squish finds and people would complain when I said I couldn’t do pickups or make comments about not trading new squish and accuse people of shelf clearing if they did.
It just got too crazy for me to handle even though I loved sharing and meeting new people around me, it just wasn’t worth it anymore.
Don’t let those people get to you! You’ve created a great online community here and I love watching!

That Walmart experience sounds horrible. The same thing has happened to me, I have terrible social anxiety and there is this one mom and daughter duo that always is at five below and the other stores trying to get 2-5 of the popular squish to resell. And I have grabbed the last popular one before they could, and their stare was horrible. I'm sorry you had to experience that it makes it hard to go looking when those things happen.

I like the matching mustard color that you are wearing. I think that you are over thinking the situation that you were talking about but I sometimes over think things, even when they are in the past, too in life. However, what happened was very ironic that the same people that you saw in Walmart are the admins of the Squsihmallow group that you were part of. How crazy but one of you should have knowledged the other.

a lady on her phone turn her head to me and “coughed” spit landed on my face i am always so uncomfortable in Walmart when the lol omg dolls came out i just wanted to be left alone so i speed walked to the toy isle and then to a self checkout only to find i wasn’t able to self checkout without someone who was working till come up to me and say that dolls are for little kids like my dad was sitting on a bench at Walmart and when the worker walks past me she was laughing 😂 what is disgusting people need to understand is that little kids like to do with the big kids are doing so if the big kids are buying squish mellows then everybody is safer

They're a couple of rude, creepy a-holes, it wasn't you. It's them. I'm sorry you had to deal with that. I feel similar when I smile and say hi to someone and they don't respond. I know deep down it's them, but my social anxiety tells me that I must have come across badly and it's all my fault.
