linux and mac host aren't affected by this update from crowd strike. mostly business use linux servers, but few high end premium business and non tech based instituions use windows as their server. most of the suffering from the windows are last mile delivery server. the processing, storage and database server runs on linux. The base host would differ project to project and business to business.
