I hear ya but I'm dead serious though. I've certainly been very hostile in the comments recently so I'm also guilty but these fans hung up on break up drama from twenty years ago are DESTROYING Pantera, and thusly the Abbotts legacy. They really are. Almost everyone angry about this will cited break up drama as the reason why. Also... critical thinking is dead. VINNIE PAUL was not against pantera songs being played live and he was never once asked the right question. A true reunion is impossible. Asking Vinnie to participate in a "reunion" is really asking him to go talk to PHIL *which would have required digging up a past he was desperately trying to move on from."* It would've been incredibly painful for him. No one ever discussed this. No one. Is it not obvious?? Like Rita said the more fans pressured him the worse it got. The man needed time to heal. PTSD is no joke.
Vinnie would have had to walk through HELL to participate in a reunion like this. He died before he was ready and selfish Pantera fans made it WORSE.
Even Rita said she didnt see Vince as much anymore because she knows when Vince sees her he is reminded of what's missing, his brother. That's just Rita, now think about seeing Phil...

@Nemeth it's not a cash cow dumbass. If he needed cash he could just tour with his other bands it isn't about money. They got the ok from both brothers estates and are doing this as respectfully as possible. Dimes wife Rita is on board 110% if both brothers were still with us they would have likely already reunited at some point. Vinnie said no because he didn't wanna do it without dime and also he unfairly blamed Phil for dimes death. That was the only reason he said no like he did imo. This is easily by far the closest we'll ever get to seeing pantera perform again. We got half the original members and 2 other guys who were good friends of the brothers and the band and are also extremely talented in their own right. It isn't the same but it sure as hell beats the alternative which is nothing. I'm excited for this. Yall can just sit home and hate away while the rest of us rock out to some pantera songs.
