I'm not a huge fan of the traditional RWS. The Trippin Waite was nice but, didn't move me enough to purchase. But the Groovy Waite!!!!! I'm heading over to their website to hit the buy button. Reminds me of my childhood.

Oh my goodness! I recently picked up the Aquarius Tarot to scratch my groovy psychedelic 60s itch, but I so wish I could pick up the Groovy Waite. So so cuuute! Love the alternative sun card in the Trippin Waite :) Ohhhh the guru is such a sweet hierophant! I was curious and just looked up the creature in The Wheel card- it is Hermanubis, an Egyptian god representing the evolution of consciousness from low to high (in Paul Foster Case's The Tarot: A Key to Wisdom of the Ages) Thank you for this walkthrough. Adding to my wishlist

And I was going to restrain myself from new buys in the coming months. I have to have this deck and I'm ordering it right now! Where the Trippin' Waite didn't quite do it for me, this one hits all the marks and rings all the right bells. It's likely the closest think I'll ever have to that Peter Max tarot I've always been wishing for.

As I'm teaching her, I'm finding tons of new decks and fantastic channels on UA-cam. I'm really loving your channel - and in the spirit of this deck - really digging your vibe. I'm actually from the '60's, so this deck is right up my alley. Just thinking, I'm pretty sure Smokey the Bear was never a thing in the U.K., and I noticed the number IV on top of the card. I'm guessing this is a sub for Americans for The Emperor card? Anyways, I'm off to buy this deck asap- and the Trippin' Tarot while I'm at it. Bleep it, I can't afford it but gotta have it.
