If you put an small "O" ring either side of the calliper mounting bolts between the inside of the calliper and the mounting on the fork slider it will stop the rattle/noise you get from the callipers when the brakes are not applied .Do not expect these brakes to be very good they were crap back in the day when new and today with cars that have good brakes you will have some thrilling moments .
Putting a 1981 Low Rider back to stock with these brakes. Video was helpful.

Absolutely true. I dig the o-ring idea. The brakes have always been iffy at best. #keepchopperssketchy
