I’m not sure if it’s extreme or just moderate but try and turn out when she’s parallel to make it more ballet orientated it was actually very general

Just a few questions.. What are you doing after the workout? I mean- eat something? Flexibility workout? Get in the shower?
Klil Levy you can do whatever you feel the need to do. Make sure you always drink lots of water after the workout 👍🏼💦

I see you're wearing tennis shoes. Is that necessary for this workout or optional?
Diane Arnett you can wear what ever you want. I just find wearing shoes helps me get a better grip of the floor when doing some exercises
