    I just did the full workout and I love it! Love that it's not just abs or legs but the whole body. Definitely going to do this more often troughout the summer❤💪🏼

    just tried the workout and it was really good and challenging! love the way you film it so we can follow along it’s really useful because I’ve found not many people do that. how often would you say to do this per week? xx

      Daisy Anna so glad it worked 👏🏼👍🏼 I went though a phase of doing this every day for a week - but only the first section - doing it around 2-3 times a week is plenty Xx

    hey talia, I love your videos and you’ve been a huge inspo for me. I want to follow this workout for 30 days in order to get fit for school. I would really appreciate some tips on what to eat.       Elizabeth Adeoye I could definitely do a video on what to eat as a dancer 👍🏼 in the mean time one of my fav UA-camers does 30 day workouts and meal plans. I love doing her videos, her UA-cam name is Chloe Ting Xx

    I’m not sure if it’s extreme or just moderate but try and turn out when she’s parallel to make it more ballet orientated it was actually very general

    Just a few questions.. What are you doing after the workout? I mean- eat something? Flexibility workout? Get in the shower?

      Klil Levy you can do whatever you feel the need to do. Make sure you always drink lots of water after the workout 👍🏼💦

    I see you're wearing tennis shoes. Is that necessary for this workout or optional?

      Diane Arnett you can wear what ever you want. I just find wearing shoes helps me get a better grip of the floor when doing some exercises
