So pretty much the rich people from other countries want to buy up all the affordable properties in Albania? No. Just no. Go to Thailand or the Philippines leave Albania alone.
You forgot to mention a few important points, the government bureaucracy, extreme corruption, not to mention the crime and poor rule of law. There is a good reason why investors are not flocking to albania.
