Hi, yes, if you want to replace the back of the bike like I did, you need to change the whole aluminum frame. I put a frame, seat, rear fender and airbox from Ktm exc 525 2004-2007 there. The airbox from the older model will also not fit you.
Nice vid, bike is looking so much better! How come you didn't stick with the polished chrome look stator cover? I have a 525 2006 model, so much power :D I have done mine up similar to yours but powdercoated engine covers and a lot of carbon bits. I wrapped my fuel tank in carbon fiber sticker it looks so much better than the orange tank. I can show you a pic if you'd like? I'd recommend doing it to yours it looks 👌🏻

Take that heat wrap stuff off your exhaust it makes them run too warm and can cause them to crack somewhat catastrophically if you're unlucky

Is newer yess. You can mount it. Maybe you have to trill 2 holes not more at the fender
